Community Change Partners

Our Community CHANGE Partners are passionate about collaborating with us to help build a thriving and prosperous community. They are partnering with us to impact the development of our future workforce in the following ways:

  • Sponsoring at least one student/quarter or offering either a % of top line revenue or $$ per transaction to go directly to fund more students to participate in The Change Project’s Workforce Development Training Program.

  • Creating videos of internal team members in varied roles to highlight the unique stories, backgrounds, and experience required for those roles to help students understand the pathways that exist for jobs they may want to explore.

  • Collaborate on fundraising ideas for the program, igniting community involvement, and expanding awareness.

  • Offer future job shadowing, apprenticeships, internships, or potential employment opportunities for students to entertain.
