Erica’s Top 5 CliftonStrengths

  1. Input: (Strategic Thinking)

Inquisitive, curious mind that finds so many things interesting. Seeks and store information with a pursuit of mastery & access to knowledge that empowers to make credible and well-informed decisions.

  2. Responsibility: (Executing)

Leads with a deep sense of commitment and takes psychological ownership of what I say I will do. Whether large or small, feels emotionally bound to follow-through to completion. A person of my word and others know they can rely on and trust me.

  3. Individualization: (Relationship Building)

Intrigued by the unique qualities of each person, and a keen observer of each person’s strengths. A natural gift for figuring out how different people can work together productively, and knows how to draw out the best in each person.

  4. Woo: (Influencing)

Loves the challenge of meeting new people and has an exceptional ability of winning others over. In my world, there are no strangers, only friends I haven’t met. Because I can energize social situations and naturally put strangers at ease, I help build networks by connecting people with each other.

  5. Positivity: (Relationship Building)

Infectious energy and enthusiasm. Always upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do. As someone who offers genuine encouragement and an optimistic outlook on life, I have the power to make people feel better when I am around.
