Facilitation of On-site Courses

Our Change Ambassadors all are *certified facilitators for 9-12 week courses that are designed to help participants gain new automatic success habits to raise their ceiling of potential and perform at their highest level of a consistent basis.

Each course offers a collective experiential learning format that transforms the overall growth process. The unconditionally accepting facilitation and course format positions participants to build new automatic habits that yields increases in goal-achievement, initiative, hope, people skills, resilience, problem-solving & decision making. In the sales & business courses, the client-focused methodology also elevates the participants ability to bring more value to more people.


Workforce Development

The Change Project team works to uncover the unique talents and strengths of students from Kinder up to Post-Secondary Education students possess to guide them to more fulfilling, productive, and happy lives.

We create customized training & development designed to create a deeper compass of understanding for what they naturally do best and how they can best utilize those innate talents to maximize their potential in life. We work to enhance their soft skills, people skills, confidence, goal-achievement, hope, problem-solving & decision making, resilience, and customer service among others.
